You might know that the majority of our body is made up of water (>60%) & that water is very important.
But do you know why?? 💧
Here's a few reasons:
-Water helps us urinate out many chemicals (like urea) and excess minerals like calcium
-Water keeps or skin hydrated so that we're always glowing
-Water helps us eat less & limit our calories which is important if you are dieting!
-Water helps ensure that our organs are getting enough oxygen to function
-Water prevents low blood pressure
