I love this red bean and sweet pepper mix. Its full of protein, fiber, and iron!
It's perfect to use as:
-A topping on a salad (over a bed of greens)
-A topping on a crostini or open-faced sandwhich
-The inside stuffing for a taco or burrito (as seen in prior post) -A simple side dish
-With pasta
So easy. So many uses. Healthy. Yummy.
