Easy, healthy, flavorful, and guilt-free recipe for baked chipotle chicken!





This recipe for baked chipotle chicken was so easy and really a hit! I love using chipotle pepper for the smokey and spicy flavor. 
Don't be afraid to experiment with spice to keep your food and diet exciting!


Baked Chipotle Chicken


-Preheat oven to 400°F

-In a bowl mix in the following:
2 teaspoons of chipotle chile pepper
1 teaspoon oregano
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon garlic powder 
1 teaspooon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
3 teaspoons brown sugar

-Add in 6 chicken breasts and rub to cover chicken thoroughly
-Place on a greased baking pan
-Bake for 35-40 minutes or until cooked throughout
-Eat with a side of vegetables

1 piece is less than 260 calories!
