Baked Mustard Chicken With Onions & Tomatoes
Easy steps:
-Preheat oven to 350
-In a bowl mix in 1 teaspoon parsley, 1 teaspoon red pepper (more if you like it spicy), 1 teaspoon paprika
-Add 2 tablespoons yellow mustard
-Add 1 tablespoon honey
-Add in 3 cloves of minced garlic
-Add in 3 tablespoons of Worchestire sauce
-Mix
-Season 6-8 boneless chicken tenderloin with salt and pepper and both sides
-Add in chicken breasts to marinade and mix
-Marinate in the fridge for 2 hours, or overnight
- Place chicken in baking tray
-Add in 1 1/2 onion sliced
-Add in 1 cup cherry tomatoes sliced in halves
-Bake for 30 mins
-Add salt and pepper to taste!
